Terms
The terms of using Funzu: six board games in a browser, free in full, no advertising, no purchases, no account, and complaints answered within 14 days.
Who provides the service
The service provider is Mateusz Kraśniewski - Usługi Informatyczne, ul. Romaszewskiego 10/143, 01-892 Warszawa, NIP 7582339495, electronic address kontakt@funzu.games.
What the service is
Funzu is a free website where you play six board games in a browser: paper soccer, four in a row, sea battle, nine men's morris, reversi and dots. You can play against other people or against the bot, Zu. The site keeps a rating and a history of finished games.
The service is free in its entirety. There are no paid features, no advertising and no purchases.
Conditions of use
To use Funzu you need a device with an internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. Without local storage you can still play, but your result will not survive closing the tab.
You must not supply unlawful content. You must also not disrupt the service, impersonate anyone, or use the site in a way that spoils the game for others.
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — it is stopped from time to time for updates.
Beginning and ending
The contract begins when you open the site and start using it. It requires no registration and no contact details.
You may end it at any time, without giving a reason, by ceasing to use the service. To remove what is stored in your browser, clear the site's data; to remove the record on our side, write to kontakt@funzu.games.
We may end it with immediate effect if you break the prohibition on unlawful content or disrupt the service.
Complaints
Send a complaint to kontakt@funzu.games. Say what it is about and what you would like done — if you can, include the date and the name of the game.
We answer within 14 days of receiving it, to the address you wrote from.
Personal data
How we handle data is described in the privacy notice.
Changes
We announce a change by publishing the new version on this page with its review date. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
